Refunds & replacement
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for replacement. Sales are final, no refunds.

Chargebacks
We understand that sometimes accidents happen, duplicate orders happen. If you accidentally placed a duplicate order or want to cancel an order to change shipping address, payment method, items etc. We can accommodate that via a contact form submission. If your order is delayed, carrier lost the package etc. We can work with you on that. However if you decide to file a chargeback your information will be blacklisted from our site and you will not be able to order again going forward.
